Aubrey has over 25 years experience in the Princeton market and has been responsible for negotiating over $1 billion in leasing and sales transactions. His extensive experience includes acquiring and marketing office and industrial space, directing land development, consulting and investment property sales.
Over his career, Aubrey Haines has represented owners, investors and space users, arranging multi-party transactions involving corporate office facilities, research and development labs, advanced printing, data processing/storage centers and telecommunications switching space. Aubrey currently represents the owners of more than 3 million square feet of proposed office space in the Princeton Region.
As a partner in Princeton Property Partners, Aubrey is working with Princeton area landowners who are seeking to enhance the value of their real estate. With development expertise, PPP also helps clients to utilize the sustainable design, construction and development practices successfully implemented by PPP Partners in Europe.
Aubrey Haines majored in Economics at Tufts University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1985. He also spent a year at The London School of Economics in 1983-84. Aubrey has taken several graduate-level courses at the Temple Real Estate Institute, Mercer County Community College, Wharton Evening School and the MBA program at Rider University.
Aubrey has served in several leadership positions in Princeton Area community organizations including Treasurer, Vice President and President of the Rotary Club of the Princeton Corridor. He was Chairman of the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce in 1999 and served on the Board of Directors for 6 years. Aubrey served on the Greyfields Task Force for the Office of Smart Growth, State of New Jersey Department of Community Affairs for 3 years. Aubrey is currently a Trustee at Doane Academy, an independent school in Burlington, NJ and is also a Trustee of Merit Prep Charter School of Newark, NJ.
Aubrey lives with his wife Suzie and four boys in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The Haines family resides in a home that was built by Aubrey’s ancestors in 1769. The Haines family has lived in New Jersey since 1685 and several members of the family have served in leadership positions in State, County and Local Government.
